And when does the email pass to "cancelled"?

Failed eMails have reached the re-try limit... defined in the CRM system. When the CRM system tried to send an email and sending was not successful, sending will be repeated after a time period. Due to the limit. After this limit is reached, the system set the eMail automatically to FAILED.

Hi Roxana, we have Cancelled status, but we dont have incorrect as OOB functionality, may you have included the additional status reason.
