Please your help:

When does an email activity have the following Status Reason:

  • Incorrect: ??
  • Cancelled:  ??

    Where is the "Re-Try limit" in the System?

    And when does the email pass to "cancelled"?

    Hello Roxana.

    Failed eMails have reached the re-try limit... defined in the CRM system. When the CRM system tried to send an email and sending was not successful, sending will be repeated after a time period. Due to the limit. After this limit is reached, the system set the eMail automatically to FAILED.

    I translated wrong. The Status Reason is:  Failed.

    When does an email activity have the following Status Reason:

    • Failed: ??
    • Cancelled:  ??

    Hi Roxana, we have Cancelled status, but we dont have incorrect as OOB functionality, may you have included the additional status reason.
