Fee Maintenace Window defaults

I there a way to change the default setting for the Tax Option field on the Project fee maintenance window (cards > project > fees). Currently it's set to 'based on customer' and I would like it set to 'nontaxable' by default.

Thank you for submitting your inquiry to the Community.

Unfortunately there is not a way to set the default Tax Option on the Fee maintenance window. You would need some type of customization to set the field to nontaxable when the window is opened.
