We are new to Dynamics 2011, we are looking for a product to integrate Quickbooks. I only saw a few on the marketplace and most did not have many reviews.
We would like to merge contact data, review balances, review payment history, as well as convert invoices, also we would like to remotely email packing slips to our Shipping Manager if we are away from the office, but a product is ready to ship.
Any good or bad experiences with any products?
Jeff

Hey Jeff, I noticed this question was asked quite a long time ago. I don't know whether you still require or are looking for such a solution. If you are looking for a connector to integrate Dynamics 365 with QuickBooks, you can try DBSync's connector. It is simple and easy to deploy. More information on this can be found here - www.mydbsync.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-crm-integration
If you want to remotely access the bills and payment history then QuickBooks is the best to use but keep in mind configure it correctly or else it will create a problem like duplicate bills will be generated always. If you don't know to configure read steps from Quickbooks Technical Support and use tension free.
I suggest you to visit here www.quickbookshelpphonenumber.com for solve all types of quickbooks issues. I know I am Answering very late but its useful for future.

Hi Jeff:
Yes, we have the QuickBooks Dashboard for Microsoft CRM Online. Check it out at www.livingbusinessonline.com/QuickBooks.aspx or in Intuit's AppCenter or in Microsoft's CRM Marketplace. It will do almost all of what you are asking for (or soon will...) and I would be glad to discuss it with you at your convenience.
Neil's right about it being tricky to integrate with but we think we've solved a lot of the obstacles. Intuit tells us that more of their obstacles will be removed "soon"...
Hope that helps,
Lon
QuickBooks is notoriously tricky to integrate with. Most versions are simple desktop accounting systems with a proprietary database (i.e. doesn't use a standard database that developers know how to integrate with). Integration is hard because unlike a CRM server, accountants sometimes switch off their PC, QuickBooks becomes unavailable and integration fails.
My good experiences were switching to Xero for accounting and ditching QuickBooks. I found Xero easier to use, cloud-based, very cost effective, and there's an integration to CRM available from Magnetizm CRM in New Zealand.
