Deleted item still appearing in Advanced Filtering Panel

Hi everyone

My CRM contains an option set list of Titles (Mr, Mrs etc) from which I recently deleted (not deactivated) the Prof Sir title.

When I try to search for all records with a Title of Prof Sir using Advanced Find, the title is not there (as it shouldn't be!). Please see image below:

However, when I use the Advanced Filtering Panel functionality, I can still see the Prof Sir title as per the image below:

Does anyone know if this is a bug within Dynamics, or whether I need to remove the title from somewhere else too?

    I'm sorry for the late response.

    You were right - a clearance of the browser cache did the trick! I'd tried that before (or though I had) and it didn't seem to make any difference, but I tried again and it worked.

    Hello,

    I have tried the same in a vanilla orginzation and the issue was not reproducible so i would like to ask try some steps trying to figure out what may cause this:

    1. try the same with another optionset by create a new one or try in another existing one ans share the results please.

    2. try to clear the browser cache and use different browsers 'The new Microsoft Edge' is most recommended.

    Also a question to ask is this is a custom optionset or an OOB (out of the box) one ?

    please reply back with results and answers and we will see the next steps accordingly.
