Yes, it would be available in an updated version of Dynamics 365.

Not available yet. Multi select picklists will be available in the July Update 2017 release, which we are hoping will be released sometime soon.
Sonoma Partners has a Multi-select picklist managed solution that can be embedded in your environment if you need.
