eConnect Error Code 12003 - GP 2013

I built a custom AR invoice import tool that I built a few years ago for GP 2010 and when trying to use it against GP 2013 it returns an error code 12003. The DYNAMICS..taErrorCode table does not contain this error code. From what I've seen there was an issue with one release of GP 2013 where there were error codes in eConnect that should have been added but weren't. Does anyone have any additional information on this error message specifically or the problem with the missing error codes?
