Gamification Issue - No Access (You do not have sufficient privileges)

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

Does anyone know how resolve access with Gamification? Here is our situation:

1. Last night we were able to create a game (fixed game) with KPIs that we created in our CRM Dynamics 365.

2. Today, we logged in to Gamification and we received the error 'No Access - You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page'.

3. Also, our Game Managers / Administrators lost all their rights and were assigned just Users.

Please help. We are trying to demonstrate this to our Sales Team and would like to know if we should move forward in purchasing the product.

Thank you,

Arvin

We had the same issue and were able to partially resolve this by clearing all browser history.

Our current state is that our global admin and ONE CRM system Admin can access the portal.

Users or Admins with Game Manager role cannot access the portal.

On the portal I can find the CRM Admin and she is setup as a commisioner, but cannot access the portal. Same error as described in previous posts

The CRM users with Game Manager role show as Game Mangers in the portal, but they also cannot access it.

In this case, clearing browser history is not solving the problem.

I have a similar issue. Global Admin (user who set up Gamification) can log in to portal. No other user can, not even other Global Admins, Dyn365 Service Admins, Dyn 365 Instance System Admins. All get the same error when trying to load the portal dashboard "An error occurred while processing your request." (at least I think that is what it is saying as it is in Swedish).

We're still having the same problem. Still "no access" error. Hope this gets resolved soon.

We are having the same problem. I go to the gamification login page, login, and then get the screen with:

    No Access

You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
    Go to the Home Page
I cannot go to the Home Page. I get the same error. I can access the users in the CRM system. But, that's it.
    Thanks for any help!

Too bad, it only worked for a couple of hours. As you suggested in another thread I created a service request from our admin portal.

Root cause was fixed, solution should work as expected for most of the users now.  Current ETA for normal operations for affected users is 24 hours.

    Hi Tina,

Today, when I logged in it is finally working.

Can you share what the issue was?

    Thank you!

Engineering team is already aware of this issue and trying to fix this ASAP.  We believe that we’ve found the root cause and it should be fixed soon.

Exactly the same problem over here. Last Thursday (12th of Jan) all worked fine, but since Friday the 13th (!) nobody can access it anymore.
