Item Current Cost with Zero Amount in Smart list

Hi,

my customer working on GP2010 have issue that in some items current cost in smart list Inventory show with Zero amount although it's located in all other location such as item card, reports, Inquiry ....

and already effect with the right amount in GL and in Vendor balance

also i conduct reconcile for every modules and checklinks

Just to confirm - can you try to take a screen shot of the Smartlist screen showing this ZERO as well then a screen shot of the Item Maintenance where it shows the current cost with a value.

When posting pictures remember to use Rich Formatting and to save the Screen shot first.
