Partner portal Loading error

Hello Expert,
 
I am facing issue while loading Partner portal. The Home page(first page) is not loading and shows below error message:

 
Looks like, its a permission issue but not sure what permission/ role need to assign.

Please guide.

    Check the permissions of the current page:
    Page permissions give makers another way to control user access to their Power Pages sites. You can use page permissions to make content available to anyone who visits your site or to restrict access to users who have specific roles.
