Edit In Excel shows no data

Hi,

When I look at the General Ledger Entries table or the VAT Entries Table and click on Edit In Excel, I do not see any data in the Excel workbook - I see the column headings but no data in the rows below. There is data in the table when I view it in Business Central.

Any ideas why this would be?

I have installed the Microsoft Dynamics Excel Add-in and I'm signed into Microsoft Dynamics.

I'm in the UK and using Chrome. I 'm using Excel 365.

    @Steve: Please check if a company is selected under the settings icon.

    If a company is not selected the table would always retrieve (null) blank values.

    Hello,

    I find that sometimes you need to update the server URL with that of your tenant URL, under the setting icon (the cog in the add-in window).

    Then clicking OK refreshes the data.
