Cannot login with Dynamics 365 iOS v13.19081.22

I am using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application version v13.19081.22 and I get an error: "This operation failed because you're offline. Reconnect and try again." and correlation ID.

The application was working fine with previous version on IOS. There have been no configuration changes that I am aware of.

CRM 2016 On-Premise + Server 2016

On android never work this application, only on IOS, but now cannot use app Dynamics 365.

Any idea? Anyone who had same issue and it was solved?

We had have the same issue and we fixed it with windows updates on CRM server...

Yes, data settings it's ok. Previous version before update on 13 aug it worked fine.

Have you checked your data settings? Make sure you've data enabled for this app.
