How to apply purchase agreement to purchase order in data management

Purchase agreements can be selected when creating purchase orders.

Please advise how to add associate purchase agreement when upload purchase orders through data management.

I did not find relevant fields in entity Purchase order Headers V2.

    Hi,

    I don't know about it. But you can perform this task through trade agreement. in trade agreement we can fix the item cost, vendor name, item price Validity. we can upload bulk data through trade agreement template.

    Hello Helen,

    Are you looking for this for an integration?  The link may appear to be at the header level, but really it is at the Purchase Line level that the link is made.  I looked at Data Entity Fields for an field or entity that might include create this obscure relation but could not find any. Purch Req: Yes, Purch Agreement: No.

    If its for Migration before going live, best would be to import Purchase Agreements and to manually create Purchase Order that need to be linked to those PA .  Sometime it is simpler to create manually than to fiddle around with multiple entities to get the same result. 300-400 records is a good rule of thumb for manual creation.
