I receive this error trying to load CRM Outlook Connector. I used a test version provided from our vendor. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Today I found some old files in folders related to past installs. I went through the whole uninstall from this link

blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../step-by-step-to-uninstall-the-dynamics-crm-outlook-client-successfully

Then ran this. support.microsoft.com/.../fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Sometimes in the middle of the configuration. Outlook will close down... Any ideas would be greatly apprecaited...

Do you have any error logs from your Computers Application errors relating to Outlook crashing?
