WMS PO receiving license plate not generating

Hello,

I'm trying to set up the receiving process for purchase orders through the warehousemanagement app. It seems like i can't get it to generate the license plate. i tried to put it to manual input to see how far i could get after having tried to make it "automatically generate LP". it shows me that it cannot appoint a license plate to my PO. any idea's how i can fix this?
