Good Morning. Our sandboxes have been upgraded to 16.2.13509.13619 but our production box has not - and does not have option to schedule or manually update. Does anyone know when Microsoft will finish the rollouts or allow you to schedule the upgrade?

As they say, Business Central does not allow you to schedule Minor updates.
When a minor update is applicable to a customer's environment, Microsoft will update that environment. The customer will be notified of the results.
By the way, ideas have been posted requesting this feature. If you have a large number of votes, it may be implemented as a feature, so we request a lot of votes from you!

Thanks, i hope they are resuming - any new apps on AppSource are validated against 16.2; and if you are not on 16.2 your app cannot be deployed. I do get notifications when it is being updated.
Microsoft has cancelled upgrades in some areas and restored recently. Did you setup your mail in Notification Recipients to get notifications?
