Can I sell merchandise by using an item number and associate a serial number with the item?

Hi,

Yes you can.

Specify your No. Series in the No. Series page then in the Inventory Setup page in the Numbering fasttab specify in the Item Nos the No. Series you have created.

Hi Scott,

You can use the Item Tracking fasttab on the item card to define the need for serial numbers in the sales/purchase transactions.

Inside the Cronus demo database are some examples on this.
