Mobile App Calendar Fields

So I know it's not possible to change the fields that are displayed on the mobile app calendar, however, i seem unable to make some fields appear at all. Attached below is an image of how it is supposed to look like

And this is how mine looks like

Anyone know how to make the rest of the information appear? I'm only able to see the account and the booking status.

Hi,

From your screenshot, I understood that you are not using OOB 'Bookings' view and you have created your own custom view 'My Open Resource Bookings'.

'Bookings' view is a special view being used in calendar of Field Service mobile app. This view contains few hidden columns like Address and Booking Status, which cannot be seen from entity customization.

If you want have same information available in your custom view of mobile app calendar, save 'Bookings' view (in Bookable Resource Booking) as new custom view, and customize to modify filter criteria as per your requirement.

Thanks! So I switched the view, I don't have a OOB view called "Bookings" , however, there was one called 'Bookings View', which I assume is the correct one. Once I switched, the weirdest thing happened. The 'Name' field in the bookable resource bookings view appeared on the calendar, but the booking status and account name are gone.

After this, I checked the columns in the view, and I noticed booking status was missing, so I added booking status, and then the name field disappeared!

I have no idea what's going on.

Export 'Bookings View' and validate customizations.xml file for layoutxml and fetchxml against below XML taken from 'Bookings' view which shows all the information on calendar view as expected. You can use below layoutxml and fetchxml content in your view and check if that works in mobile app calendar.
