Waiting on completion Dynamics 365 installation

I am using Customer Voice on a Microsoft Forms PRO USL.    

When I start Customer Voice there is  notification that Customer Voice is waiting on de completion of the Dynamics 365 installation.   The notification appears for days now and I can't select any environment when I create a new project
