Hi Marjorie,
You have two options:
Option 1: Clear your all Portal Configuration manually.
Option 2: Uninstall your CRM Portal by deleting the solutions in below order:
Then uninstall the core solutions in this order.
I may have missed something or order may be slightly different in your case, but hopefully, you get the idea.

Hi Oliver, I don't have a solution for this yet. I kept this question open, because I'm really interested if there will be a way for us to reset all customizations without re-installing the solution.
Marjorie, did you get this one solved ?
My case I have a Custom Portal, in other threads people say to uninstall the Customer Service solution in CRM and install through the Portal Admin, but for me it didn't really re-install the solution

Hi Marjorie - any luck getting a solution? I'm in the same situation. I started with a trial of the Customer Self-Service portal and realized quickly that I would have been better off trying out the custom version instead. Were you able to find a method of resetting the portal?

Do you mean, I need to manually remove my changes from CRM?
I'm using CRM Online. With the old ADX, we just reinstall the solutions to do this. Not sure how will I do it now.
