Collections Management Main Differs From Customer Inquiry

Hello:

In GP 2013 R2, the total aging amount for all aging periods for a customer is $0.00, despite the fact that there are dollar amounts in the customer's inquiry windows.

I have tried running aging and reconcile for this customer.  Both times, I get the message "There are no transactions in the selected range."

How, then, do I get Collections Management Main to agree with inquiry (i.e. the customer's documents).

    Actually, we found out that the reason is because the currency setting in the drop-down list in the Collections Main window had to be changed to the company's functional currency.  Once we made this change, the matching amounts appeared in the aging buckets.
