How we can add fixed mobile bill allowance to employee monthly payable in compensation management.
Or is it possible to do in benefit.

Not the payment frequency.
Employer providing Mobile data allowance $ 25 per month to all the employee in organization as benefit, employee will receive this $ 25 in his salary as mobile data allowance, as HR manager how can I update that in compensation or benefit management hence employee will receive this $25 every month.
