Reports

Hi experts,

I have some issues on the reports : 10052 Item status by salesperson & 10145 Item sales by customer. When running the two reports, the total sales amount is the same, but the contribution and margin are different for the two reports and items sales by customer is always higher.  We use Nav2013. Please advise! Thank you!

I have found the problem for the report 10052, but not sure how to fix it.  In the field of Cost Amount (Actual) from the VALUE ENTRY, the system only total  the negative numbers, but  escape the positive ones.

    e.g.

    Cost Amount (Actual)
    -21.39
    -0.38

    1.89

The system sum the numbers as 21.77 instead of 19.88. Please advise! Thank you!

How could it be? Since they are all the numbers of the month. I ran the item sales analysis and it matches the number of the report 10145.

Since you are grouping one based on sales person and other based on customer i believe it will be different even though the sales amount matches the profit and margin is being calculated one for sales person and one for customer.
