Create a dynamic segment for related records that doesnt exist

Hello,
I have an entity called customer devices, which stores some information about devices related to customers. I'd like to create 2 segments, one segment for customers who has devices and the others for the ones who doesn't.

I managed to create the one for customers who has devices (Customers, Customer Devices, where Customer devices contains data)

However, I am not sure how to create a dynamics 365 segment for customers who doesn't have the related record customer devices, any idea?

Thanks

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I totally understand the requirement but for some weird reason I cannot check on relationships, I can check only on attributes. I even want to try this on leads but its not showing the relationship.

    Hi,
I don't know but I am not seeing this for the relationship, have a look at the below, it's always filtering on attributes only.

    Hi Mazex,
Based on your description, the device entity should have N:1 relationship with Contact, Right?
If so, you can achieve it easily:
For example: Lead and contact are N:1 relationship.
Set path and select 'Contact' lookup as attribute, then set 'Does not contain data':

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
