How to stop Solomon from printing check amount as graphic?

Hello!

I'm supporting users of Solomon with a machine that securely signs checks without the need for signatures to be on a computer where they are vulnerable to security threats.

I have several clients who when printing from Solomon their numerical check amount is coming out as a graphic, and we need to change that to text.

We've tried several different print drivers, but it is still coming through as a graphic, so I'm inclined to think it is a setting in Solomon not dependent on their driver selection.

Other clients using Solomon send text to print, so I believe it's a setting somewhere in Solomon that they could change. Does anyone know what or where this setting is so I could tell them?
