I have a client who has setup a user in their Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. The user has been assigned a license and has been setup the same as other users. However, when I go to the users list in Business Central and select 'Update users from Microsoft 365', the user won't pull through into the users list. I restarted the environment to see if it will kick start everything in the background, but that did not work.
Anyone know why Business Central won't pull the user into the users list?
