Auto split tasks on Reciept

Posted on by 5

I am trying to find out if i can auto split pallets while putting away tasks on a receipt.

I have a customer that when I receive in their loads, each pallet has to be separated on it's own line so that a bin location and pallet number can be assigned to each pallet. For example, when i get a load of 24 pallets i enter the line with the item number. tab to and enter lot number, tab to qty and enter 24. I then click "Put Away tasks" which takes me to the "receipt task entry" screen. From here I have to split each pallet from the line of 24 by typing "1" in the "action/split qty" column, and then pressing the up arrow. I have to do this x amount of times where x is the number of pallets received. after that I can then number each line with the corresponding pallet number. Is there a way to mass split the pallets when i put away tasks so that on the "receipt task entry" screen they are already separated or to modify the item card so that the program knows to split the  specific items for me when receiving them in? it would save me massive amounts of time. TY in advance for any help!!!
