We are facing an efficiency issue with the production floor execution.
Our operators use the production floor execution in the standard way : you log to start a jog, you produce during 4 hours, you relog and stop the job declaring good parts, scrap,...
That generate one route card on the work order increasing the parts and the hours on the WO.
But, the operators are often making mistakes on the PFE : forgive to start the job, declare the wrong quantity, do not stop the job,...
Therefore, a plenty of correction have to be made by chief leader which take a loooong time : create the job card per each job to correct, create the line, plus or minus qty or hour and, post the journal.
It's more than 45 minutes per days if we want to have a good history of production.
So, I'm looking for smarter way to make corrections. My first idea was to use entity "Job card production..." but it's too dangerous to give access to entity.
How you guys manage the corrections of activities entry?
