We would like to insert some additional data into our PowerBi dashboard with the help op the Business Central connector. However, when we use the item table(27) it doesn't contain all the information we needed. For example:
Qt in assembly
Qt in purchase
Qt in Sales
is there a possibility to add some columns in the query?

The information you request is probably not a part of the information the API provide because they are flowfields.
I think the easiest way is that you or your partner create a new API page containing the exact information that you require for your Power BI report.
