How can I disociate an action?

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi, Im introducing new workflows to our crm and have the typical ones which send a notification when somebody assigns you a contact, account, lead, etc... the problem that i noticed is that when somebody assigns me an account, everything related to that account is assigned to me as well (contacts, prospects, leads, tasks...) and i suddenly recieve 20 different emails due to all the workflows. What  I wanted to do is to disociate that action and when you assign an account to someone, only that account assigns to him instead of being assigned with everything related to this account. Im sure that I only have to tick somthing off in the settings but finding it is taking me forever. Thanks!
