    Hello,

you can navigate from the Dynamic Button to all your applications and find the "Marketing" application:

"Dynamics 365 - custom" might be the one where you have been coming from.

You can browse more details on all of your apps and even edit them with the "/Apps" URL path on your Dynamics 365 Org:

    Hi,

In addition to installing Dynamics 365 for Marketing, you will need to have opted-in and updated your system to get our public preview features as the bring your own content management system has yet to be released as a feature.

    Thanks,

    Megan

    Hi..

I think you need to add Dynamics 365 for Marketing Application module in your instance.

When you go to Admin center of Dynamics 365, from Applications tab configure "Dynamics 365 for Marketing Application"  then you will able to see Event settings and Web Application option in settings area.

    Hope this will help..
