Hi there,
I have launched an email campaign.
When receivers click on the unsubscribe button its redirectiinh them to a 365 login page.
I have designed a sunscription form but its not showing it.

Do you mean that the unsubscribe link is contained in an activity email and sent in an email campaign?
The subscription center can only be inserted into a marketing email.
