I have a case in the system that was created from an email automatically. When I open the case form, and open an email from that form that is related to that case I got the following page (see picture 1). You can see, that the related field is filled with the case name. Then if I want to answer to this email I click the answer button, but the next form doesn’t have the case as related (see picture 2). I’m just curious, it is design that way? I have the same problem when the case is not automatically created.
