Up Sell/Cross Sell configure for Bulk items

Hi,

I have around 2000 Products in product information management, for 500 products need to configure up-sell/cross-sell. So it is possible to configure from data management for all 500 Products.

I m using D365FO, Might be an issue but I am trying to use this feature in the call center module, so it is to be done for 500 products...

Do you operate AX2012 or D365FO?

Is this an issue specific to 'retail'?

Hi Ravi,

have you tried to use data entities (Up-sell/cross-sell variables) for such import?
