I can't send a workflow on purchase requisitions

Hello, the process I follow is to enter procurement and sourcing >> purchase request >> all purchase requests, I create a new request, I add a line with product and save, then I click on workflow and send, all this using the administrator role, when creating security roles I no longer get the option to send, I have already tried with several duties and privileges and I cannot get this button to come out, I want to know if this button has to do with some privilege or duty or is another configuration that is not related to security roles.

Hi Sergio,

If you can submit as SysAdmin then you aren't missing any configurations.

Have you tried any of these roles/duties/privileges?

I have checked this in my 10.0.41 environment.

The entry point is called: PurchReqSubmitToWorkflow

The following roles will give access to the entry point:

Employee

Project assistant

Retail store manager

Retail service

Purchasing Agent - Public Sector

Purchasing manager

Purchasing agent

The following duties will give access to the entry point:

Maintain purchase requisitions

Maintain all purchase requisitions

The following privilege will give access to the entry point:

Purchase requisition workflow essentials

In fact I already had that control and I checked it in AOT and I have the privileges but I still don't have the send button, I only have one of "task flow history"

Hi,

You said its "Send", however in D365 workflows it is "Submit", did you customize anything here?

Hmm that is unexpected, the history button will only appear if the workflow has been submitted... This is this is the normal flow with line approvals.

Can you send a screen shot of the workflow history?
