Customer just recently upgraded to GP 2010 sp 3 in a TEST environment. They access GP through terminal server/citrix. Just last week all the users including the sa user were receiving an error after logging into GP "Microsoft Dynamics GP has stopped working" and then the system crashes. We discovered that the issue was a corrupted modified form. We re-imported the package file and then the error disappeared. However, there is one particular user ID that continues to receive the error right after they log in. We created a new user id with a slightly different ID with all the same attributes and it works fine. We also tried deleting the old ID and entering it the same way - still same error. Since all users access gp from the same client and have the same dictionary, not sure why it doesn't work for this user. The workaround was to create a new user but the customer still wants to know why.
Thanks,
Nancy

Hello Nancy,
Take a look at the following:
Is the issue possibly related to a different Alternate Modified Forms and Reports ID in use for that particular user?
