When I do copy and paste as a super user there are no problems. But I try to do the same as "normal" user I get an error if I try to paste.
Are there special system permissions needed?

Can you provide us with some more info , from where are you copying and to where ? Is it inside BC you trying to copy or something from outside?
Also what does the error say?
I'm trying to copy Ledger Lines within BC.
Copy shows no errors but paste:

that's exactly the problem - it should be handled automatically but it's not working for every user and I'm searching for the cause of this problem.
This is when we try to paste the value in the column which is not valid.
Also, Make sure there are exact matching columns.
