Unable to open General Ledger Listing

Hi Support, 

When click on the "General Ledger Listing", the Dynamics NAV 2018 didnt show up anything and the screen of Dynamics NAV 2018 will stuck like this forever. 
Need to kill the NAV program via task manager. 

There is no error message show up.

    Hello,

    On that specific users workstation, can you remove the personalizationstore.xml file from

    %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\110

    And then try again.

    It's work for this specific users on another ones computer.

    The user personalization has been reset but the dialog is not show.

    Has the user done some personalization on the client side, try to reset his profile.

    Hello,

    Does it work for this specific users on another ones computer? Can the user be assigned a different role center and does it then work from there? In addition, it may help to see if there are any user personalization's applied to the user and reset those.

    So far, every user has the same permission should not be the permission issue.

    I have try to login the user account on other computer, its working well. only not able to run on users computer.

    No custom flow field on the page.

    "General Ledger Listing  dialog doesn't show up for only one user. Other user can open the General Ledger Listing with no issue.
