Offer Stage status is not updated?

Hi Team,

In Attract i have send offer to candidate, he had accepted the offer but the offer stage status is still shown as "InProgress". Do i need to enable any parameters?

Can you please help me.

Hi Sowjanya,

Once the offer is accepted you can proceed in closing the job as per: docs.microsoft.com/.../attract-close-job.

It is true that the Offer stage will remain In Progress and will not change to completed, but it is just a design fault at this moment. You can further proceed as per the documentation above.

Hi Sowjanya,

You are right that even after the offer is accepted, the activity page lists it as being Ín Progress'. There aren't any parameters that can resolve this.

It's been on Microsoft's backlog for a while to be fixed and they haven't specified a timeline yet for this bug.
