Now it is not working. But it throws following exception:

Instead of adding domain, requirement is to add connection for D365. My connection is Dynamics CRM 365 on-prem.
In Social Engagement -> Settings -> Connection -> Microsoft Dynamics 365 -> Add Connection

Did you ensure that your Dynamics 365 domain is added to the list of allowed domains in Social Engagement?
