Extension not installing on tenant

I have an extension that is a page extension that I have successfully installed on the sandbox but when I attempt to install on the tenant I get the following message:-

Message : { Extension compilation failed

error AL1024: A package with publisher 'Microsoft', name 'System', and a version compatible with '14.0.0.0' could not be loaded.
SalesOrderRCExt.al(16,38): error AL0185: Page '"Cash Receipt Journal"' is missing

SalesOrderRCExt.al(31,38): error AL0185: Page '"Bank Account Statement List"' is missing
SalesOrderRCExt.al(1,42): error AL0247: The target Page "Team Member Role Center" for the extension object is not found }

I've tried using the original app published when uploaded to the Production environment and I've tried downloading from the Production environment and installing.

I have a feeling that this is linked to versioning between the Production and Tenant environments, which might also explain why there are more and different role centres available in the Production environment then in the tenant.  Can anyone enlighten me?

Note that I'm not a developer, this is our own company tenant and I actually don't have access to the admin tools to confirm the versions, though I have also asked our Support Partner to confirm for us.

    Are your sandbox and your production tenant to the same platform version? Can you check from the admin portal?

    Here it seems that you're trying to upload an extension targeted for platform 14 and it gives you an error.

    Thanks Stefano for responding.  I don't have direct access to the admin portal as it is managed by our microsoft partner, however they have confirmed that the Sandbox and the Production are on different versions (14.1 for Sandbox compared to 13.3 for the Production environment).  When they check for updates for the Production environment they are told that it is up to date.  How can the platform be synchronised?

    The update of the production tenant is managed by Microsoft and I think that it will be updated soon. You should check the Notifications in the admin portal because here you can have news about the estimated update window (or also if there’s something on the tenant that blocks the update).

    Thanks again Stefano.  I have overcome the problem for the moment by using a role center that is in both platforms and changing the version number in Visual Studio.  I do hope that this will be overcome in the near future though.
