Hi,
In the screenshot below, we are expecting to see a '+ create' option which would open a quick create form for opportunity. It has worked in other environments but not in our Dev one.
Does anyone know why this wouldn't be available? We have the quick create form built and quick create is automatically enabled for Opportunity as far as we are aware.

Try to go through the following verifications:
1- Do you have the CREATE OPPORTUNITY privilege?
2- Is the Quick Create enabled? learn.microsoft.com/.../add-a-custom-entity-to-quick-create
3- Is the form Quick Create Form included in the Model-driven app?

Please check if opportunity entity and opportunity quick create form is included in model driven app using app designer.
