Dialog for running report for multiple records hanging in mscrm 2015 on-premise after the rollup 7.0.3.144 installation. any body have fix for this?

Issue: When user try to run report for multiple records, first-time pop up dialog will open to select either all applicable records or the selected records or all records on all pages in this view and report generated based on selection. But when you again run the report on multiple records without refresh, the dialog for above selection is loading continuously and not showing the above options. If you refresh and select again run report, it will work perfectly.

Findings:

It was introduced with CRM 215 security update 0.3.144 .
On debug, we found second time the Document element is coming as null in the script
we are also getting same issue on OOTB (provided by Microsoft as part of product) entities and for OOTB reports for Eg: on Account
It was not mentioned as know issue in this particular rollup https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4490493
No thread found in Microsoft forums or any other sites about this issue.
