430We recently upgraded to GP 2015 R2 with Workflow for employee maintenance. The client has an integration they run after each payroll to update the employees' vacation amount. We discovered that if the employee has submitted an employee profile change the integration will fail with a message that says 'workflow process for this employee is not complete'.
So we approved everything in the workflow and we still get the integration error message 'workflow process for this employee is not complete' for some employees. They don't have anything the HR Workflow Pending Approval area.
Any idea what's causing the error and/or how to get around it.
