Hi all,
If I make a Static Marketing list and manually add contacts > I can then go make and save an Advanced Find that returns that same list of contacts.
The find logic is: Give me all contacts that are linked to a related Marketing List "X"
However, if I do the exact same thing, but the Marketing list is dynamic, the Advanced find gives no results??
If i go to the dynamic marketing list, there are contacts in there... so that isn't the issue.
I know i can just re-create the dynamic marketing list filters and save that as an advanced find, but means if i change the criteria of the marketing list, i need to remember to go change the criteria of the advanced find to so that the lists returned are the same...
Thanks
K

Thanks - that answers that!
Hi,
The link below gives a solution for the issue you are facing.
See: www.powerobjects.com/.../dynamic-marketing-lists-in-crm-2011-results-advanced-find
Hope this helps.
This is normal expected behavior because dynamic marketing lists are built on top of fetch query and not on top of listmember entity that is used in case of static marketing list.
