I want to create a segment within Real-time Marketing to include contacts that haven't been included in an existing [Real-time] Journey. Is this possible? Though the only options I can find in both target audience and related tables are 'Source customer journey'.
Or is it possible to check if a contact hasn't been delivered the first email in an existing journey? Because the behavior trigger available is 'delivered' only
I see, thank you so much. We may still need further testing, but this helps a bunch.
Hi MarissaT,
Selecting ´Contact´ as target audience directly when you create the segment.
I just have a follow up question: Does the behavioural trigger only target leads, and not the primary contact? We were hoping that with this setup, the contact that has multiple leads won't receive multiple emails.
Okay, I did a few more tests, and the conditions only properly work when I add attribute conditions to check against. Thank you for this!
Hi MarissaT,
the same sample of members?
If you select the "is" condition, then it will filter out only contacts that have passed through that journey.
If you select the "is not" condition, then contacts that have passed through other journeys will be filtered out.
Hi Leah! Thank you so much for this answer, this really helps. Didn't find the Journey ID before.
I'm encountering a weird bug though.
Does this only work if the the condition is 'IS' and not 'IS NOT'?
Because if I choose either 'IS' or 'IS NOT', I am getting the same sample of members—meaning both list of segment members show up either way. That shouldn't be the case, right?
Hi MarissaT,
Under behavior tab, you can select email interactions as trigger:
You can then choose which specific email and which real-time journey:
