Unable to merge duplicate contacts that have closed cases in them using SSIS and Kingswaysoft

Hi, I am having trouble merging duplicate contacts that have closed cases in them using SSIS and Kingswaysoft.

I used the following resource to build the ETL that merges duplicate contacts: https://youtu.be/mOP8F8vKrf8

However, I am now getting an error that the ETL cannot merge contacts that have closed cases in them.

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Please replay the same scenario manually on the CRM by creating two new contacts with closed cases and try to merge them. If the problem persists, it means that it is a feature that is implemented on your CRM.
