Hi Everyone,
Currently if we have to search any field in quick or global search works fine but what if I want to search same filed (Main Phone) without any
format as shown in the below image.

Well, you could do it to the actual phone number field, but people tend to not like the way that looks. I've seen compromises where the field is rebuilt every time the form is loaded and stripped every time the form is saved, but that becomes problematic when you have numerous different phone number formats to deal with.
There is no way to make quick search itself do what you're asking, you've got to change the data.

But I'm not supposed to create a new filed in my requirement. Is there any other way to achieve it.
The best way I have found to do that is to have a function (JavaScript or a Plugin) that strips all special formatting from the phone number and stores it in another string field. Then add that field to the quick search as well.
