BC Cloud 17.4.21491.21531 Something Went Wrong

Using a fresh demo tentant of BC in the cloud version 17.4.21491.21531..
I have a global variable txt field on a page with the TableRelation property set.

When using that page - the DropDown appears and works without a problem, however if I user the Select from Full List and choose one of the values (that work fine from the standard dropdown) I get the "something went wrong" error page...
Any ideas as to how to track down what is causing this? - debugging yields nothing (i have code in the OnValidate trigger of the page field control - but the break point doesn't trigger when using the "select from full list" and does trigger when selecting the same value using the "dropdown"

I would basically test the same on a docker container, with the same build, here you can inspect the event log of the system, which might tell you more insights about the problem. You can as well contact Microsoft Business Central support providing your app as repro scenario and they can give you more insights.
