In my organisation all communication should be tracked on the Customer and not on the Contact Person. Therefore we would like to change the default view when tracking emails to always look on the Customer entity and not on the Contact Person. Is this possible? and if so, how?

I don't mean the "Contacts lookup view (default)" but rather that it does not look at Contact Persons but on Customers. This issue arises when the email is from a contact that is in the system.
