Queues and QueueItems

Hey,

When I send out an email in CRM to any personal queue, it is not adding to any queue i.e., a queueitem is not created. Why is that happening?

When actually the queueitem will be created for any queue?

Should we need to enable the queue on the server in order to create queueitems?

    Then you need to make sure that you setup the mailbox settings to use email router and follow this guide to configure the email router for your queue:

    I had a queue's mailbox. Everything has been set up, but I had no queue items to the queue.. What if I don't want to set up the server profile in the mailbox settings? What should I do for that? Do I need to add this personal queue to the Email Router to skip the server profile in the mailbox setting?

    You need to configure the queue's mailbox settings first.

    Test and enable the mailbox and the email address.
